2026 Cox® Certification Courses (I, II, III, IV, Honors) are being managed by National University of Health Sciences Post Graduate Division.
No videotaping/recording.
CE hours (Continuing Education hours) for onsite Parts I, II, III, IV, Honors Course, Workshops, and ONLINE are arranged with National University of Health Sciences for most states.
CE hours for workshops are arranged internally for CA and NJ.
LIVE ONSITE COURSES CE - If your state(s) requires specific hours [risk management or differential diagnosis or technique], please let us know so your attendance verification form specifically states as noted (if approved for your state).
Online Courses are delivered via the Digital Chalk Learning Management System that tracks time, quizzes, downloads, etc., for CE credit. Click here to take COX® TECHNIC ONLINE COURSES. | Click here for the current list of CE APPROVED online hours.
One (1) STATE CE is included with your registration. Additional states' CE are available at $50 each.
A Certificate of Attendance Verification will be sent to all attendees from NUHS Post Grad after the course.
The best advice is to plan early, register early, let us know you want CE early!

DISCOUNT - COX® TECHNIC COMPLETE (CTC) SUBSCRIBERS: You get a 25% Seminar Discount! (If in a multi-doctor practice, this is for the doctor/subscriber of record. Multi-doctor discounted subscriptions to CTC are available if the seminar/online learning discount is desired for more than 1 subscriber.) Your status as a subscriber will be verified upon confirmation of your registration. You must be a subscriber (of record but there are multi-doctor subscriptions available) of the program when you register as well as when you attend the class to receive your 25% Seminar Discount. IMPORTANT: Every attempt is made to offer this program as publicized. However, F/D Enterprise, LLC, and/or the NUHS Postgraduate Division reserve the right to adjust program dates, locations, times, instructors, etc., to accommodate unexpected faculty or student needs and cancel due to insufficient enrollment. F/D Enterprise, LLC, and NUHS are not responsible for any expenses incurred by registrants due to program adjustments or cancellation.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION/TRANSFER POLICY: All registrations are non-refundable. If you cannot attend the selected and registered on-site seminar, you may transfer your paid credit towards a future on-site seminar within a year of the initial payment date. YOU CAN NOT TRANSFER CREDIT TOWARDS WEBINARS, ONLINE COURSES, OR HANDS-ON WORKSHOPS. There is a $100 registration transfer fee plus any difference (if applicable) in tuition for the future course.
DEFINITION OF STUDENT AND DOCTOR DC FOR REGISTRATION: A student is one who has yet to graduate. A doctor is a graduate.
